Adobe has launched Photoshop Express beta. Photoshop Express is an online community wherein you can upload your photos and edit it according to your whims and fancy. Crop, rotate, tweak, twirl, and smudge photos to your heart's content.
Snap a picture of yourself and make them really snazzy. Once you have uploaded your photos, you also have the option to organize them under one album and publish it for the rest of the community to see. You also house your photos under photoshop's 2 GB rent free home.
